Spaghetti Crab becomes Spaghetti Meatballs !

RMC Directors Angelo Crisci & Elinore Rositano were excited to be invited to the launch of Spaghetti Meatballs restaurant, Thursday 4th October- at 47 O’Connell St, North Adelaide.

Previously the restaurant was popular “spaghetti crab”, a receipe which was handed down by Carmella Ventura, so it’s now her husband – Ruby Red Flamingo owner – Vic Ventura’s turn.

And what a great idea offering one truly delicious meal on the menu- spaghetti meatballs!

For Angelo & Elinore, with an Italian background -” it really felt like we were sitting at our nonna’s place eating a plate of pasta with the perfect pasta, sauce and of course meatballs and followed with a drumstick ice cream to finish the meal- seriously like at our nonna’s and nonno’s house! ”

So, if you are looking for an authentic Italian plate of pasta this weekend, be sure to check this one out! We sure loved it and will be back for seconds (and maybe thirds ) !
